The house was built in 1911 and as the rumor goes - this was the house that the coin was flipped to decide if the town was going to be called Smithville or Burlesonville. We are located in the historic district of Smithville and 2 houses down from the "Hope Floats" house. Also, directly across the street is a beautiful Texas Historical Homesite that was once owned by Sam Houston, who later willed it to a Mr. Burleson, one of the original founders of Smithville.

Policies
Check-in time: After 2 p.m.
Check-out time: By Noon
Cancellation Policy:
For full refund: Must receive cancellation within 7 days.
For half refund: Must receive cancellation within 72 hours.
No refunds after 72 hours.
Advance deposit in the amount of one night's stay is required for reservations. Personal checks, cash, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and Discover Card accepted.
Gresham Street Bed & Breakfast is strictly a non-smoking facility.
